Grocery List for Week 2

**Note: This is the grocery list for serving size listed in the recipes. In order to make one week of the recipes for EACH of our families (Mine and my Mother-in-Laws) we double the ingredients. Ex; Cookies- 1 cup of milk, we would double it to 2 cups of milk and that would make 1 batch of cookies for each of us.** 

  • 1 lb pork
  • 1 pork loin
  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 4 pieces of salmon
  • 1/2 lb ground beef, rinsed
  • 1 lb chicken, 3 breasts, and wings (we estimated that a lb was about a breast and a half, depending on size. It made it easier to buy a package of breast than try to add it all up)
  • Chicken wings 
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 package coleslaw
  • 5 ribs of celery
  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 carrots (we used carrots instead of squash in the stew)
  • 2 zucchini 
  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 lb asparagus (we used half a lb for salmon and half for the pork loin, your preference)
  • 2 or 3 sweet potatoes, depending on size
  • 1 lemon
  • 6 cloves of garlic (we bought the jar of minced garlic and used a tbsp for each clove)
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar 
  • Vinegar
  • Tomato sauce
  • Wing sauce
  • 14 oz canned tomatoes 
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 pineapple chunks 
  • 1/2 can of green Chili’s *optional- we add it to cheesy chicken*
  • Brown rice 
  • 1 cup bulgar (we used quinoa instead) 
  • Dill
  • Basil
  • Garlic powder
  • Cayenne
  • Turmeric 
  • Sweetner
